The Impact of Resonance Frequency Breathing on Measures of Heart Rate Variability, Blood Pressure, and Mood

With 95 participants in the study, the group that did 15 minutes of HRV Resonance breathing (about six breaths a minute) had significantly lower blood pressure than the group that did controlled slow breathing but was still plus one above their resonance.
