Diaphragmatic Breathing Reduces Exercise-Induced Oxidative Stress

An hour of DB (AKA Soft Belly Breathing) the night before an 8 hour bike ride and these cyclists had lower blood markers almost 24 after the breathwork than the control group.
The markers were lower Cortisol, higher Melatonin, and lower free radicals (oxidative stress)
