It's a huge honor for me to be back! This is our second workshop. I'll share NEW and more powerful techniques plus NEW giant group ice plunges. It's going to be a blast!
You will learn the science of the Wim Hof Method. You leave knowing how to use breathwork and cold exposure to boost your immune system, energy levels, and mood, plus many other benefits.
The day will include group discussions, the latest science, laughing, guided breathwork, light exercise, organic snacks, delicious drinks, and a tub full of ice.
As a bonus, we will go over how to apply breathwork to Jiu-Jitsu for competition anxiety and how to recover from exhaustion during a match but keep going.
