Wim Hof Method - Strong, Happy & Healthy
Put in the simplest of terms, the Wim Hof Method is a natural path to an optimal state of body and mind. It harnesses the full extent of the elements of nature that our bodies already naturally interface with air and cold.
For the bigger part of human history, “extreme” cold was a natural part of our daily lives, and it played an enormous role in keeping us healthy. Central to this is the biological mechanism known as hormesis: when confronted with a moderate stressor, our bodies respond with a disproportionately large biochemical response.
