The Advanced workshop will discuss how to create a regular practice and what kind of breathwork benefits you differently. Your instructor, Miles Lukas, is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has danced at the top of a mountain shirtless with Wim Hof. Miles has taught over 100 workshops, including 1,000s of people face-to-face, and you will get personal attention and learn how to make these techniques your own. He also teaches a weekly breathwork class in downtown San Diego, the Japanese Friendship Gardens, where he goes over new breathwork techniques every week to incorporate massive benefits in all areas of your life.
