My background...

I have been doing the WHM since 2015. It changed so many aspects of my life in such profound ways that I became an instructor. I dedicate much of my time outside of being a husband and father to sharing the method and Wim's messages of health, strength, and happiness.

Through years of practice, I picked up additional nuances on creating the chemical shifts quickly and have even had my brainwaves recorded with an EEG before and after to get a clear understanding of how these shifts can benefit us.

I have witnessed and experienced all the mental and physical health enhancements the method has to offer and I am honored to share them with you.
