This is a full Wim Hof Method Fundamentals workshop that includes group discussions, the latest science, laughing, guided breathwork, light exercise, organic snacks, delicious drinks, and a tub full of ice.

As a bonus, you will also learn how to apply breathwork to any exercise. The host, Eleven Elevation is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy, so participants with BJJ experience can choose to skip the 30-minute snack break and roll instead.
