This experience is led by Miles Lukas, a Level 2 Wim Hof Method instructor. He will coach you through a breathwork session and ice bath in the serene setting of the Gardens.
You can see Miles in the recently released documentary, DMT Quest. In the film, he was in an experiment comparing brainwave scans from the breathwork. As you'll learn, the results are extraordinary.
You will learn how to take control of anxiety, stress, and energy levels through the power of breath. We will even explore new levels of consciousness. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the intense refreshment of an ice bath.
