Breath Fitness At The Beach

The Japanese Garden needed to cancel class this week because of an event so we're headed to the beach.

This class will be 100% free of charge, as I want to ensure that none of our dedicated Breath Fitness students miss out on their weekly practice. The beach setting will provide a serene backdrop for our session, creating a unique and refreshing experience for all.

Bring warm clothes and a blanket or yoga mat to sit on.

In addition, we are thrilled to announce a special opportunity for those who may not be able to join us in person. Thanks to a partnership with the Breath Source app, we will be going live during the class. For a nominal fee of just $5, anyone from anywhere can participate in the live session. If you're unable to attend the live class, don't worry – by registering, you will receive a recording of the session to keep and revisit at your convenience.

I'm truly grateful for the supportive and uplifting community that has grown around Breath Fitness. Your dedication to this practice has made every class a rewarding experience.
