In this 90-minute advanced class, we will go over some of the most recently discussed scientific discoveries around the benefits of breathwork. After the presentation, we will do advanced guided breathwork and mediation to music. Then we will work on adding breath principles to exercise. The class will end with the many natural ways we can make chemical changes. There will be additional Q & A time after the workshop.
No experience is necessary, but some terms and general knowledge about the Wim Hof Method will be useful.
Participants need enough space to sit and lay down approximately the size of a yoga mat. They should be on camera for the majority of the workshop. Headphones will be useful for guided breathwork portion but are not required.
