Change up for tomorrow because I have a meeting at the Arvada academy and won't be in Denver for Randori.

We might set up at Pangea Jiu Jitsu (inside the Brute Force Training Center) off Wadsworth. Still figuring out the details. Why there? Well, I certified as a kettlebell instructor, so we're likely doing some kettlebells for Jiu Jitsu. Join us an get some ice going. There is also a cryogenic chamber if that sort of thing interests you.
