Every Saturday after our 08:30 randori in Denver, we’ll be set up for ice baths. This has been a game changer for me, and something I hope you’ll join for. Rich is brining a tub, so we have 1-2 depending on turn out. My only request is sharing the cost of ice. Coach Carlos and Professor Ian are on board, so we have free reign to shoiw the rest of the team the benefits of the good stuff.
As those year goes on, if anyone wants to get in some hikes and plunges in lakes and rivers, I’m down. A cold Boulder creek after hard training is the best!
I’m out of town this Sat, so if anyone wishes to set up, connect with Rich. Then, come June frosty Saturdays are on. I’ll try to get a roll call before so we know how much ice we should all bring.
