This is an excellent discussion about the power of your breath. There are so many great takeaways, but here are my favorites.

  1. They made mice "meditate" once a day by slowing down their breathing, leading to handling stress or fear more efficiently.

  2. We take a large breath or sigh as much as every 5 minutes throughout the day, which is excellent to open pockets in the lungs to better saturate with oxygen.
